
To ensure a seamless experience for all attendees, those requiring interpretation services must coordinate with our vendor, Translation & Interpretation Network (TIN). Attendees must use headsets, and interpreters must operate from a designated booth within the session. The expense of interpretation services and equipment is the responsibility of the delegation requesting them and not provided by the conference.

Prior to the conference, the delegation’s point of contact will receive the schedule and must select one room per day for workshop attendance. Interpretation services will only be provided in the rooms in which you have pre-selected for that day. Attendees requiring interpretation will not be allowed into rooms that are not pre-set for interpretation services- diversion from the pre-selected schedule will not be permitted. Room selections must be submitted by July 7, 2025.
