The conference has NO RELATIONSHIP with any company to provide lodging services or sale of our attendee list. We will provide you links and contact information for any company with which we have a contract. We do not sell or distribute our attendee list.
During a live event, all negotiated hotel blocks will be listed on our website with links and contact information to our negotiated room blocks. We continually update the hotel information provided on our website. We try to find the most conveniently located overflow hotels, at the best price, for our attendees and exhibitors when hosting a live event.
