The 37th Annual Crimes Against Children Conference will be held August 3-7, 2025 at the Sheraton Hotel in Downtown Dallas.

There is currently no set deadline to register. However, in the past, we’ve had to close registration earlier than planned due to reaching capacity. Space is limited and depends on the number of registrations we receive. If registration needs to close, we will notify our mailing list via email. To ensure your spot and secure accommodations, we strongly recommend registering as early as possible.
Registration is $895 per attendee.
This price includes:
Full conference access to 500+ live sessions and 50+ on-demand sessions taught by the nation’s top experts
Full access to two exhibit halls and live product demonstrations
Transportation provided to contracted off-site hotels

Neither lodging nor any other travel expense is included in the registration fee. The conference will provide links to our negotiated room blocks in your registration confirmation email. You must use these links to reserve your hotel room. All costs associated with lodging and travel are the responsibility of the attendee. Questions regarding a hotel reservation you have made should be directed to the hotel by using the links provided in your HOTEL confirmation email.
The conference provides information about the Dallas airports and Colwick Travel on the Airfare & Transportation page of the website. All attendees are responsible for their own airfare and ground transportation.
Yes. The scholarship application for the 37th Annual Crimes Against Children Conference will open early March 2025.
The scholarship covers only the registration fee. Scholarship recipients are responsible for their meals, travel, and hotel expenses.
We will NOTbe offering group discounts for the 37th Annual Crimes Against Children Conference.
Conference entrance will not be permitted without payment in full. Please visit the Payment Method page for more information on payment options.
Credit card payment is the only accepted form of payment and is required at the time of registration.
We do not accept any other forms of payment, including purchase orders, checks, cash, or wire transfers – NO EXCEPTIONS.
Attendees will not be permitted to enter the conference without payment in full. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but this policy helps ensure a more streamlined and efficient registration process for everyone.
IMPORTANT: DO NOT cancel your current registration if you would like to make a substitution.
Send an email to the conference team and provide the name of the currently registered attendee who will no longer be attending along with the name and email address of the person who will be substituting in their place. Be sure and designate who is no longer attending and who will be substituting.
Substitutions should be made before arriving at the conference, if at all possible, to avoid delays during busy registration times and potential issues with logging into the conference app and final certificates.

Keeping with our tradition, the Wednesday night conference celebration is all about honoring the remarkable work in child protection and fostering connections that lead to positive change. Attendees can enjoy bites, drinks, and music during the event.

All continuing education credit is subject to self-reporting. The Conference does NOT submit continuing education credits on behalf of attendees.

TCOLE – Attendees wishing to obtain TCOLE credit must self-report through their department. The conference is not able to submit on their behalf.
Training credit may be awarded at your state’s licensing agency’s discretion.
Certificates will be accessible through your Conference app or eventScribe account immediately post-conference. The final conference certificate will list all sessions and credit hours received from successfully completed session evaluations.

Although the Sheraton is a pet-friendly hotel, the conference is not. With respect to the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), no animals are allowed in the conference center or workshops unless they are recognized service animals as defined by the ADA. A service animal is a dog that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks directly related to the functional limitations of a person’s disability.
