The preferred interpretation service of the Crimes Against Children Conference is Translation & Interpretation Network (TIN). If your group is seeking interpretation services for this year’s conference, please contact Rebeca Nini, VP of Business Development and Customer Relations at email@example.com. Interpreters will need to be booked in advance. Interpretation services are at the cost of the requesting organization and not provided by the conference.
If you are looking to rent interpretation equipment/headsets, TIN can provide this service if requested in advance. TIN will make arrangements with you to bring the equipment to the event. Again, this is at the cost of the organization requesting the rental. We recommend you book the interpreters and equipment at least 10 days prior to the start of the conference.
The sessions are incredibly busy and it’s our desire that all attendees have a seamless conference experience. Attendees requiring interpretation services are required to utilize headsets in the sessions. We ask that large groups sit in the back of the room as reserved seats will be provided for those using interpretation services. Groups with interpreters will need to arrive no later than 10 minutes prior to the start of the workshop to claim their seats. Please note that at 10 minutes prior to the start of the workshop, the seats will be released to other attendees.
